In 1729, an Irish economist well known for its satire wrote "a modest proposal" this was directed principally to the poor women of the country. in a context in which Ireland through a critical economic situation and a terrible hunger. He made an ironic and satirical exaggeration about this.

Also,In this essay, the writer shows his discomfort against people who could not properly resolve the economic situation of his family. The proposal suggested to the poor mother that to sell their one–year child in order to other people to obtain food. Johnathan said "For preventing the children of poor in Ireland...From being a burden to their parents or country ... and for making them beneficial to public. (Myer p. 687)

My opinion about this essay is that it shows some erratic tendencies. I will mentioned two of them. These are a change of tone, a lack of sincerity in his words

As I was reading this essay, I was surprised the change in tone of his words, at the beginning it seemed to show comprehension about the bad situation which through the poor women and children from Ireland, "are forced to employ all their ... I would have questioned what are his truly reasons to encourage people to eat children one– year because he thinks that they seem more delicious than the pigs. "the great destruction of pigs, which are no way comparable in taste or magnificence to a well–grown, fat, yearling child" I found this essay contains some important weakens, variable pitch, insincerity in its words and incongruence in the arguments. Although it contains some strengthens a lot of statistics or evidences; These are applied in a wrong way. Also it shows the erratic way to build an arguments. Finally, I value this, when we read an essay is necessary we questioned what is the intentions by the author in writing this
