Since change is a natural occurrence in the business world, organizations use it for its advantage. With change come planning, companies often develop recommendation to solve issues with changes. It 's important for organizations to strategically choosing the one that will reap the most benefits. It is important for organizations to take time and effort to properly implement chosen recommendations. In this report we will provide recommendations and create an implementation plan for the recommendations for the company we discussed in assignment one.

The change that was discussed in Assignment #1 was the creation of the fresh preparation kitchen and food service for the Classic Crispy Chicken Program. 7–Eleven had done this so they can be seen as a place where individuals can find the products they love and also be the place where they can receive a delicious meal at a reasonable cost. As mentioned in the first paper the images of change that are used at 7–Eleven were navigator and director. The director image of change is has a strong focus on allowing management to control results and they want to achieve goals are possible (Palmer, Dunford, & Akin, 2009, Pg. 25). While a navigator is seen as control is "seen as the heart of management action, although a variety of external factors mean that managers may achieve some intended change outcomes and others will occur over which they have little control" (Palmer, Dunford, & Akin, 2009, Pg. 27).
