Action Research Process In Action Research group of research associates involves in various stages of action research like planning, action, analysis, observing each and every task that is performed. The cyclic nature of Action Research means that the requirement for activity arrangements to be adaptable. According to the Kurt Lewin 's model, the covering of activity and reflection is planned to allow changes in arrangements as the individuals learn from experience (Huxham, 1996). Generally Action Research process starts by identifying the particular issue. Once the issue is identified, the AR team starts collecting relevant data. The required data is collected by various methods like conducting surveys, interacting and interviewing people. Once the data is collected it is reported to the organization, researchers identify the need for change (Huxham, 1996).
