Alfred Hitchcock Psycho Scene
The sound that I am going to analyse in this essay is from a particular scene from Alfred Hitchcock's classic horror film, "Psycho" (1960).
Considered one of the greatest films of all time, "Psycho" is a 1960s American horror and thriller film, and is critically acclaimed for its famous 'shower scene' – in which the main character, "Marion", is brutally stabbed to death whilst taking a shower during her stay at The Bates Motel. This is the particular clip that I will be analysing throughout this essay.
