The Amish have a amazing history, with a hard working life, and lots of myths to be debunked, they make up less than 1% of the world population. People think they aren't around anymore, or rarely exist, but that's not true, they have been around since 1693 and became big in the 2000's. The

The religion started with a schism (a division between people, usually belonging to an organization, movement, or religious denomination) in Switzerland led by Jakob Ammann, those who followed Jakob became Amish. Now, as the last example, we are going to use me as a example. I am a transgender male, but to them, i'm female, so let's say it like this, I am a female who has short, dyed hair, with gauges, wears pants, and is gay. They will not like me very much, and if I would want to be part of the community, I would have to be 'cleansed' which would be a baptism and praying a lot, also saying I'm not gay or trans.
