There was a troubled 17 year old boy, his name was Alexander. He grew up in a poor household with abusive parents. He struggled with anger issues, depression, drug abuse, and had an amazing girlfriend her name was Nadia. They went along like two peas in a pod. Nadia grew up in a troubled household as well. Her mother was a drug addict and was never home or there for her in general, and her father was never in the picture until she was 5 years old. She was taken away from her household by the cops for neglect and abuse. She had two older sisters Amanda and Charlene. When the cops took them all away out of their mothers grasp, Nadia was separated from her two older sisters and was sent to foster care, that 's how her father had found her. ... It was the first day of second quarter in Nadia 's third year of high school. She struggled with her grades a lot because of the stress that was upon her shoulders as she struggled with her mental disorders, and trying to make her way through high school. She was in her first hour class which was human geography, and there was a hopeless romantic boy named Corbin. They had to do a group project together to do research on a impoverished country of their choice. Corbin wrote music and he has been musically talented for his entire life. In 8th grade he entered in the school talent show and won first place after singing a song that he wrote by himself and played on the piano. The country they chose the republic of Haiti. They got a week to work on the project in class and it was worth 1 hundred points. Nadia was terrified of presenting in front of class, because her social anxiety held her down from so many opportunities and she would freak out whenever she did so. Her and Corbin would work every day in class together trying to finish the project before the end of the week but they couldn 't finish in time, and the project was due the Monday of the upcoming week.
