Affluenza Case Study
My article was about a sixteen year old male who killed four people by choosing to drink and drive. This teen was in court in twenty thirteen, and was pleading that he had affluenza, which caused the accident. During this court process, he was given ten years probation, which means he can not drink during his probation, and must check in with his officer. The Teen was found at a party drinking, so because he had broken his ten year probation deal, he decided to flee. They attempted to look for his mother and him, but he was nowhere to be found.
